By booking a reservation, requesting a quote, or using any service provided by Sherwan Limo ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Sherwan Limo provides luxury chauffeur-driven transportation services, including but not limited to:
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from Sherwan Limo. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability.
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Flat-rate pricing applies to airport transfers and predefined routes. Hourly bookings are billed based on the duration of service. A deposit may be required to confirm certain reservations; the required deposit and payment options are provided with your approved quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking total. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Airport transfer cancellations due to flight cancellations or significant delays will not incur a cancellation fee, provided we are notified promptly.
We monitor all incoming flights in real time for airport transfers. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no additional charge, subject to chauffeur availability. If the chauffeur is unable to wait due to a subsequent booking, we will arrange alternative transportation or reschedule your pickup.
For airport arrivals, the first 30 minutes of waiting time after the actual landing time are complimentary. For non-airport pickups, the first 15 minutes of waiting time are complimentary. Additional waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Sherwan Limo reserves the right to terminate a service immediately, without refund, if a passenger engages in behaviour that is abusive, dangerous, illegal, or that causes damage to the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Cleaning fees may apply for soiling or damage caused by passengers.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Sherwan Limo is not liable for items left in the vehicle. If you discover you have left an item, please contact us immediately at 437-237-2311 and we will make every reasonable effort to locate and return the item. Luggage capacity is limited to the vehicle's storage space.
Sherwan Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, or mechanical issues.
Sherwan Limo shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of God, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
